PULSAR G100COV Thinsulate Quilted Liner for PR505

I have bought this liner together with Pulsar outer shell monosuit. All features are good , except XXL sized liner is much shorter and wider than it should be for a 195 cm tall person. Besides that, after the third wear sewing thread used for quilting stitches started to break. After wearing it few more times, more than 50% of stitches broke and synthetic filling started to shift inside making cold zones.

Bought this as had previously bought a pulsarail waterproof suit PR505 to which this is the thermal liner.The liner has a great soft feel and it kept me toasty warm on a chilly day without overheating, with little clothing worn underneath. If necessary it’s large enough to wear clothing underneath; it also didn’t restrict my movement at all. I have found in the past that pulsarail come up a bit small so I always order one size up to be safe.I did find the elasticated arm and leg cuffs a nuisance as there were a bit tight, but they may stretch. I personally think that the suit would have been better off without them.As a two part solution with the 505 is quite expensive and a padded waterproof coverall would be cheaper but this has the advantage of being removable in summer.
