I am 5'9" and 40" chest. Because I usually wear a jacket under my overalls I ordered a size bigger i.e. a 42. The legs are a bit long for me and I had to shorten them 3". Not really a problem, I always have to do this. Having shortened the legs the overalls are a perfect fit. Very good quality.
