How long will my order take to arrive?

If the item is in stock in our warehouse we endevour to despatch the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders are shipped either with Royal Mail on a next-day tracked service, or with our courier, FedEx. Where items are not in-stock you will be advised of a lead time on the product page when you select sizes which show '1 day' or '3 days', for example. This is an average lead time for products to arrive with us from the manufacurer and upon their arrival with us, the items will be shipped immediately to you on a next day service. If you require a bulk quantity of an item (not small orders), it may be possible to ship direct from the manufacturer to you to save transit time. Please contact us to see if this is possible

What are your postage charges?

All UK orders over £75 are shipped free of charge. UK mainland orders under £75 are shipped at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders under £75 and weighing under 5kgs ship at a cost of £4.95. UK Highlands and Islands orders weighing over 5kgs will be shipped by 2-day courier at a cost of £18.95. How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

You should have received a Goods Return Form in your parcel. Please use this to return the item for a refund. If returning for a replacement item you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.

Please ensure that returned goods are in their original condition, suitable for resale. Please include all swing tags and packaging and try to avoid using tape on branded packaging, for example boot boxes, as this damages them.

If an item is returned for a full refund then it will be processed on arrival with the funds being issued back onto the original payment method. For your security we will only process refunds through the original method of payment.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us, therefore we would recommend adding insurance to the parcel when you post it back to us, to cover any potential loss in the postal system.

Embroidery is priced on the number of stitches in the design. The website will always assume your embroidery to be of ‘standard’ size which is up to 8000 stitches and charge according to the table above. When we have received your order and artwork, we will calculate the number of stitches in the design and may need to contact you for any additional charge if your logo falls into the ‘Large’ or ‘Extra Large’ logo brackets. Extremely large stitch count designs are priced on review of artwork.

Text Embroidery

Text embroidery will almost always be less than 8000 stitches and so charged as a ‘standard’ embroidery. There is no setup charge for text in one of our standard fonts - if you need a custom font then this will be treated as a logo embroidery. You will receive a PDF approval of your design for you to approve before we proceed.

Logo Embroidery

The first stage of embroidering any logo is to convert the image you provide into an embroidery file. This is often known as ‘digitising’ the logo. This creates a file which tells the embroidery machines where to stitch, what thread to use, the stitch type and a host of other settings. This is a time consuming and skilled process and therefore is subject to a one-off setup fee of £9.95 + VAT. This is only charged on the first order, once we have the logo setup it can be used indefinitely on repeat orders without another setup charge. By uploading a logo, you are explicitly telling us that you have permission to use it - please do not upload copyrighted or other artwork if you do not have the owner’s permission.

When we have digitised your logo, we will send you a PDF approval page, showing your logo exactly as it will embroider and the stitch count for you to approve before we proceed. Now we have the accurate stitch count, the logo will be costed as the tables above. The website checkout will only ever charge for a ‘standard’ size logo (as it cannot know the stitch count), so if your design has more than 8000 stitches we will contact you for any additional amount due.

Once we have the logo setup it can be used indefinitely on repeat orders without another setup charge.
